Rapper DaBaby Reportedly Faced with another Lawsuit for alleged Assault and mobile phone theft of rental home owner.
The North Carolina native according to reports by Variety is faced with a fresh lawsuit for allegedly assaulting the owner of a rental home which was given to him on lease out back in December for an apparent unauthorized music video shoot. The lawsuit was Reportedly filed on Monday, February 22.
According to statement by Gary Pagar, the rapper accepted the terms and conditions of not more than 12 people in the home due to Coronavirus restrictions, however Dababy went on to have around 40 people in the home to shoot a music video that he was not authorization to.
Gary Pagar reportedly filed the lawsuit against the rapper because he was allegedly knocked to the ground by one of dababy team member when arrived to stop the video shoot, he also claimed DaBaby chased him inside and punched him in the mouth and he warned not to call police, resulting in an alleged missing tooth.
“Mr. Kirk appears to think he’s a real tough guy,” the lawsuit states. “Mr. Kirk is wrong.”
Pagar went further to state that DaBaby and his crew fled when police were called and took with them “valuable kitchenware,” and also left behind damages worth thousands of dollars (including a security camera) and didn’t pay the full lease. He also says he was spit on and people were throwing his phone around.
Alongside DaBaby his manager, Kinsza Virgil, is being sued as well.
